For the 6th consecutive year, Kia is the number one mass-market automotive brand and is considered to be having “An exceptional run,” according to Dave Sargent, Vice President, Automotive Quality, J.D. Power.
Kia’s continued success in IQS this year was led by the brand having two models including the Forte (locally referred to as the Cerato) among the top 10 vehicles in the industry. Kia also had segment-best performances from the aforementioned Forte in the category of Compact Car, Sedona (locally referred to as Carnival) in the category of Minivan, Sorento in the category of Upper Midsize SUV and Soul in the category of Small SUV.
