Recently debuted at the Audi Terminal on Oxford Road, the Audi A6 Sportback e-tron is the latest addition to an innovative family of all-electric volume models.
As the second model on the premium platform electric (PPE), it retains the familiar strengths of the PPE in terms of performance, range, efficiency, and charging capabilities. It is also the first model on the platform with a flat floor concept.
The new electric Macan, the most recent version of the Taycan, and the Cayenne are featured as part of Porsche’s selection for the Jamaica Auto Show 2025, the nation’s premier automotive exhibition.
Specially invited guests were treated to an advanced showing of the 2025 all-new, all-electric vehicles Macan and Taycan on Wednesday, January 22 at the AC Innovation Centre, AC Hotel Kingston, by ATL Motorsports, the arm of the ATL Automotive Group responsible for the Porsche brand of vehicles.
“These vehicles represent Porsche’s commitment to advancing sustainable mobility worldwide, while still providing the luxurious bespoke driving experience the brand is known for,” said Damien Kerr, general manager – Oxford Road.

ON February 9, Audi unveiled its future in the form of an all-new full-electric high-performance four-door sports coupé, the e-tron GT quattro. The new vehicle sparkles with the shine of the company’s now famous tagline Vorsprung Durch Technik, or as translated into English, ‘Progress through technology’.
There is plenty of significant technology on display in the e-tron GT staring with its ultimate nod to the future, the transition to battery electric propulsion. Quattro means all-wheel drive for Audi and the system has also evolved for electrification. Rather than the traditional methods of routing engine power to all four wheels via mechanical transfer cases and differentials, the e-tron GT quattro drives all its wheels with electric all-wheel drive. Two electric motors sit at each axle, one in front, the other in rear. They combine to give the vehicle 476 horsepower and 464.7 lb/ft of torque. In boost mode torque rises to 472 lb/ft and horsepower to 530 for a maximum of 2.5 seconds. This sends the e-tron GT Quattro to 100 km/h in 4.1 seconds and on to a top speed of 245 km/h.

The Cayenne has completed the transition from its controversial initial styling to the belle of the ball in its recent third-generation upgrades, to the point where it’s passing down its design language to other Porsches in the line. The familial elements are there, but the Porsche manages to do something unique. The shape demarks it as understated and, at a distance, it blends into the sea of other SUVs. However, draw closer and those in the know, or more specifically those in elevated income brackets, will recognise it. It’s like people telling you: ‘nice watch!’, but that one person gives you the thumbs up because they know you’re rolling a Seamaster 300M on your wrist. Specific to the E-Hybrid is the acid green badging. That colour is applied to the massive brake callipers.
