ATL AUTOMOTIVE NAMED CARIBBEAN’S MASTER DEALER FOR BYD
Jamaica’s leading automotive company ATL Automotive has signed an agreement with world leading manufacturer of new energy vehicles BYD (Build Your Dreams) this week after being named Regional Master Dealers for in Jamaica and 9 countries throughout the Caribbean.
The regional appointment followed an 18-month tender process and will see ATL Automotive taking direct control of the sales and aftersales of BYD in Jamaica and playing a regional management role in an additional eight other countries: Trinidad and Tobago, Cayman, Curacao, Barbados, Aruba, Antigua, Saint Lucia, Guyana and Suriname.

It has since transformed into one of the world’s leading car companies who represent an exciting future for the global industry.
Aside from how exciting it will be to introduce the models officially to the market, it represents another opportunity to reinforce our position as the Caribbean’s leading automotive company with a true footprint from the Bahamas right down to the top of South America.
BYD Jamaica and BYD Trinidad will be heralded with the construction of world-class, state-of-the-art sales and service facilities in each country’s capital and second cities including a stunning ‘Experience Centre’ created within the AC Hotel in Kingston.
Similarly, to its master dealer status with BMW and MINI that began in 2015, ATL Automotive Group will also serve as a central hub to include the distribution of BYD cars and parts, service support, regional marketing initiatives as well as the central training ground for all of its carefully selected dealer partners.
