Terms and Conditions
The organisers do not accept responsibility for any damage or injury other than as a result of the organiser’s gross negligence.
All entrants must:
• beware of traffic, pedestrians and other entrants
• abide by the orders and directions of the organisers, police and parking attendants
• observe and obey Jamaican rules of the road.
By taking part, all participants confirm that they grant permission without compensation for their names, likeness and any footage or photographs taken during their participation in Sportscar Saturdays to be used to publicise the event, generally, including but not limited to social media and online.
The organiser takes all reasonable steps to minimise the risk of injury to participants during events. However, by taking part in this event, you acknowledge that there may be conditions or circumstances beyond our control that can lead to unforeseen risks. If you have any concerns or queries please contact us before agreeing to take part in this event.
Race Instructions
EVENT RULES
1. Participants are not allowed to drink and drive, should not be photographed consuming alcohol and should not, in any public forum, mention the consumption of alcohol while driving.
2. Car documents (registration, fitness) and driver’s license must be valid. That is, not expired at the time of the event.
3. The rules of the road MUST be obeyed at all times. Drivers must adhere to the speed limit and there should be no reckless driving or overtaking. Contestants who breach this rule will be disqualified from participating in any future ATL Automotive driving event.
4. All participants must wear their wristbands.
5. Have fun, drive safely and share the passion of sportscars!
